• AcmTable provides an optional CSV feature (should not be on by default)
• CSV export includes header row
• Data is sorted and filtered in the same way as the table is currently displaying for the user (including which columns are visible)
• Export contains all data, not just the current page
• Export button should appear after the Manage columns button in the toolbar

Development Complete

• The code is complete.
• Functionality is working.
• Any required downstream Docker file changes are made.
