Description of problem:

When downloading CSV files from application advanced configuration, the same file prefix is used for different table tabs. we would prefer that tab specific language is used for each corresponding file.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Applications page > Advanced configuration
2. Click a table tab (Subscriptions, placements, channels etc.)
3. Click the CSV download buttons
4. See file name for each tab...

Actual results:

Same file prefix for each tab.

Expected results:

Tab specific prefix for for each file.
