cypress tests for Repositories

partly depends on AAH-2243

write a test that creates a repository, finds it in the list view, opens the detail screen, edits, copies cli config, and removes it.

check list view pagination, filters, sort

(Access tab in AAH-2246)

create a repository with an example.com remote, try to sync, see it fail
(make sure we're testing repository form with and without a remote)

check collection versions tab, add collection, see it there, remove collection

check versions tab, version detail (collection upload can add content)
