We need the ability to create & delete ansible repositories, remotes and distributions in galaxykit, for use in UI tests,
also either an ability to list them, or a delete all nondefault items command,
and a way to link repositories with remotes and distributions (galaxykit repository create foo --remote bar --distribution quux)
