OpenShift Console should clearly say that workspace is stopped by inactivity

      Currently, when terminal is stopped by inactivity - OpenShift Console says - `Error Loading OpenShift command line terminal: The terminal connection has closed.`.
      It's needed to provide a clear message that terminal is stopped by inactivity along with a button that would allow restarting workspace.
