4.15 goals

1. Get involved in community
2. Add feature upstream (Branching, Disconnected operator)

IMP : After 4.15 we need evaluate if community is friendly enough for us to sustain feature add in upstream . if not then we will decide if to continue with Krew ( don't want to add feature in openshift as it is costly to maintain )
