Epic Goal
- As an Openshift admin i want to have least disruption way to upgrade my platform from EUS to EUS
Why is this important?
- MCO needs to become zone aware and coordinate with scheduler so that we can reduce the number of times workloads are rescheduled, ie: drain and update zone-a-node-1, then zone-a-node-2 with workloads being rescheduled to zone-a-node-1 due to something like a scheduler config which weights hosts with higher config version or shorter uptime.
