Test data can be copied from rules-reviewed/quarkus/springboot/tests/data/springboot-scheduled

Create a new rule in rules-reviewed/technology-usage/embedded-framework-technology-usage.windup.xml

That searches for the new 'Spring Scheduled' technology tag and creates a technology-identified named 'Spring Scheduled'
