    Description

      All of the rules that have been developed under rules-reviewed/eap8/eap7 to deal with the javax to jakarta transformation need to be updated so they only have the jakarta-ee target.
      Please rebuild the CLI with this change applied to verify that eap:8 is not one of the targets listed (--listTargetTechnologies)
