    Description

      In preparation for Release 5.2.1 of MTA we need to add to the target configuration.
      Rules have recently been implemented for the targets eap:8 and openjdk:11
      Although there are lot more rules to follow for these targets, some after Release 5.2.1, it makes sense to make them visible now.
