The Transformation targets screen currently has a single panel for Camel2 to Camel 3 Migration.
There has been a comprehensive set of rules developed that allows users to ugrade to any version of Camel 3 (Migration Guide) and Camel 4.0
We need a drop down similar the EAP drop down to include the ranges
      3.0,3.1,....3.21,4.0
The wording needs to change to
Rules to support upgrading to a newer version of Camel.
As Camel 3.21 is the latest published version, only Miletsone releases of Camel 4 have been published to date. Camel3.21 should be the default value.
Please ensure that the target is passed back to the windup core as camel:XY
So if the user selects Camel3.21 from the dropdown the camel:3.21 is passed back

This change is dependent on the rules under development under WINDUPRULE-1003 being merged to master.
