This task covers all of the rules all of the rulesets for upgrading from Camel 3 to Camel 4
The rulesets have been developed incrementally, one ruleset for each Y stream release of Camel 3 (Migration Guide)
and for upgrading to Camel 4 (Guide)
So for example the ruleset
xml-31-changes.windup.xml covers the changes from Camel 3.0 to 3.1
Likewise
xml-310-changes.windup.xml covers the changes from Camel 3.9 to 3.10
