CSV Export: each application followed by its tags

Export in a CSV the list of the application available in the application page list of the static report (the index page) and beside each application add the list of its tags.
The first idea is to export the tags as a comma separated list of values, having a column for every Tag identified in the Analysis run (not all of the possible ones).
In this way each column will have at least one cell populated.

So, the exported CSV file would look like:

application1,tag1,,tag3,tag4,,,tag7,,,,,,,,tagN
application1,,tag2,tag3,,tag5,,,tag8,,,,,,tag(N-1),
application1,tag1,tag2,tag3,tag4,tag5,tag6,,,,,,,,tag(N-1),tagN

where N is the number of all the tags found in the current analysis
