    Description

A query has been raised as to how RHAMT help with Target Middleware assessments in the context of a near future customer engagement.

We have an existing Jira WINDUP-2333 which is a vehicle for exploring how this can be satisfied via labelling or filtering added to the Application List.

We are exploring whether we could provide a SNAPSHOT build with the ability to export the Application names and all associated tags to a CSV file.

The file would contain the Applications in column A be ordered by Application Name ascending. Columns B onwards would be for the Tags. There would be a column for each possible Tag (i.e. all of the Tags available within RHAMT) in alphabetical order.
If an Application contains that Tag then the cell would be populated with the Tag name, otherwise it would be blank.
The columns would always be in the same order regardless of what set of applications were selected for analysis.

      ./bin/rhamt-cli --listTags

Produces a list of all possible Tags that we can use for filtering which rules get executed.
      However the list excludes technology-tags.

If exportCSV advanced option was used then create this additional ApplicationTags.CSV file.

Then the User Can apply filters to define selection criteria for Target Runtime (checking the values in the columns).
