This story covers adding functionality to a hack script to automatically bump the new and old WMCO versions in the dist-git/cgit downstream bundle image repo. This would replace the manual prep work (e.g. Prep for 5.1.0 release) and prevent us from forgetting to change the version somewhere.

Engineering Details

• This should work for both minor and major WMCO version bumps.
• Decide where the script will live
• Decide whether the script should open the prep work PR automatically

Acceptance Criteria

• Running the script replaces the WMCO versions in all required places
• Works for all supported release-4.x branches
