      Description

      As WMCO ships kube-proxy, we need to bump the kube-proxy upstream tag we build from as has been done for previous releases of WMCO. This is to allow kube-proxy to be brought up to date from upstream for the release-4.y branch.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • kube-proxy built for kube 1.31 is shipped with WMCO
