Description

We currently reference a few deprecated images in our repo. Specifically

• k8s.gcr.io which is frozen https://kubernetes.io/blog/2023/02/06/k8s-gcr-io-freeze-announcement/

We have to move away from using these for the following images:

• k8s.gcr.io/sig-storage/csi-node-driver-registrar
• k8s.gcr.io/sig-storage/livenessprobe

Changes will be required in the WMCO e2e tests, docs, and the release repo (WinC mirroring steps).

Acceptance Criteria

Migration steps are followed
No references to old repo. All new images are successfully pulled from new registry
