      Description

      Remove Azure platform support documentation and Azure CI jobs from WMCO 5.x/4.10.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Update WMCO repo docs to remove Azure as a supported platform, if needed
      • Disable CI jobs for Azure on 4.10
