Update the directory names that are used for the RHEL natives

    Description

      In MODULES-400, the OS-version-specific category that's added to the native search path is of the form linux-rhel7-x86_64 as opposed to just el7-x86_64. In order for the RHEL natives to be loaded successfully, we need to update the directory names in the wildfly-openssl repo.
