If the runtime environment defines a _JAVA_OPTIONS or JDK_JAVA_OPTIONS environment variable, java likes to output: "NOTE: Picked up _JAVA_OPTIONS: ..." to the console.
The original fix for this (WFLY-14488) did not take into account the "NOTE: " prefix
