OTLP can be configured to push data (via HTTP or gRPC) or HTTP or HTTPS. Currently, we support only HTTP. To help secure the transmitted data, WildFly should expose the ability to use HTTPS when communicating with the OpenTelemetry Collector. This will include (but not necessarily be limited to) allowing the user to specify use of SSL/TLS in the managment model, as well as (optionally?) specify the certificate to verify the identity of the remote server.
