Change the WildFly license to ASL 2

      We want to move WildFly to ASL 2.0.

      Identify contributors who we need to contact re relicensing from LGPL to ASL and ask for agreement. (Not all contributors need to be contacted.)
      For any who we can't contact, revert and re-implement those contributions.
      Update the copyright/license headers in the source file.
      Update the LICENSE file, the root pom license section, and the license-plugin config files.
