Don't use jboss-invocation jboss-interceptors-api_1.2_spec dependencies from WildFly Core

The following dependencies are still being driven by wildfly-core in wildfly:

• org.jboss.invocation:jboss-invocation
• org.jboss.spec.javax.interceptor:jboss-interceptors-api_1.2_spec

These dependencies are still being used in wildfly to compile modules prior to Jakarta EE 10. In order to allow wildfly-core to move to the package renamed dependencies of Jakarta EE 10, we need to decouple those dependencies and stop using wildfly-core to drive them.
