Migrate Quickstarts to Jakarta EE 10

This JIRA should be use to track the migration of WildFly Quickstarts to Jakarta EE 10.

The task should be done on 2 iterations, first we should migrate a subset of ~10 Quickstarts, which covers the major features of WildFly, and later we should migrate all remaining Quickstarts. Each iterations should be tracked on separated subtasks, and. the first should target the first WildFly release supporting Jakarta EE 10.
