Upgrade Narayana from 5.12.7.Final to 5.13.0.Final. While doing this upgrade the following two tests should be re-enabled:

org.jboss.as.test.xts.annotation.client.CompensatableTestCase
org.jboss.as.test.xts.annotation.compensationscoped.CompensationScopedTestCase

These two tests are blocked by ~~JBTM-3647~~.
