In WFCORE-5781 log4j 1.x is being removed. The documentation needs to be updated to reflect this. The usage of log4j should also be cleaned up and removed from modules.

Currently the testsuite uses syslog4j which for now we can keep as this would be a larger change. It's something that should be looked at for removal to completely remove log4j support. However, that feels out of scope for this JIRA.
