Add CLI batch scripts to convert existing server profiles for JGroups cloud discovery (azure.AZURE_PING, aws.S3_PING)

Originally opened as WFLY-13205 and WFLY-13206 with the idea to just remove the existing preconfigured server profiles. However, that has become problematic since they are used in image templates [1] or referenced from documentation.

Nevertheless, the example server profiles are simply not practical since an existing user-modified server profile cannot make use of them and we don't want users having to resort to diff-ing XML files. For this purpose we could provide CLI scripts which upgrade an existing profile to perform the given modifications, e.g. replace MPING with AZURE_PING and some properties, make TCP stack the default, etc.
