Replace Azure example server profile with a script

    Description

      The example server profiles are not practical. An existing server profile cannot make use of this – rather these should be replaced with a CLI script which upgrades and existing profile to use given modification, i.e. in this specific case replace MPING with AZURE_PING and some properties.
