Prepare for removal of legacy security realm support.

This follow up on WFLY-15001, WFLY-15001 updated the feature packs to move away from security realms and updated tests accordingly.

This is the next stage of preparation to allow for the removal to proceed in WildFly Core as some tests still add the realms back and further updates are needed to the feature packs.
