[primary/secondary] Bump the xsd to 20.0 in wildfly-config.xsd

    Description

      We need to bump the XSD version to 20 to address the following changes tracked on WFCORE-5901:

      Replacement of master/slave by primary/secondary:

      • We will need to update some documentation references on the wildfly-config.xsd.
      • "fetch-from-master" replacement with "fetch-from-domain-controller"

      Any change in the xsd forces us to bump the xsd version, so bump its version.
