Restore ReloadRedirectTestCase.testRedirectWithSecurityCommands and CLIAuthenticationTestCase

    Description

      ReloadRedirectTestCase and CLIAuthenticationTestCase were disabled as part of the WFCORE-5526 work, primarily because WFCORE-5522 needed to be resolved. But WFCORE-5522 is resolved so it seems reasonable to restore the testRedirectWithSecurityCommands method and CLIAuthenticationTestCase.

      This follows up on WFCORE-5798, which will cover re-enabling the ReloadRedirectTestCase test class in general.
