Deprecate the org.apache.log4j module

    Description

      The org.apache.log4j module needs to be deprecated for future removal. With this we should log warning messages when a log4j appender is used as a custom-handler or a user includes a log4j.xml, log4j.properties or jboss-log4j.xml file in their deployment.
