Similar to the UUID we also need to crate a unique system serial number for each VM
Goals
Provide system serial number so that customers can use it for e.g. their ITIL database.

Background, and strategic fit
As we already provide the firmware-uuid field, we can use the same value also for the system serial number which is more often used by inventory databases.
VMWare does the same (using its uuid with blanks after 2 ciphers and adding VMWARE_ as an identifier to the beginning.
