During a customer engagement, the CU asked how to rename VM.

I saw there was a feature a time ago with `virtctl rename` and it's removed.

Is there any way to provide the customer help how to rename VMs? 

I know k8s and changing `.metadata.name` is not possible. 

Would be possible to provide a export - import UI flow for renaming? 

Main purpose of the isssue for me:

• Let's track how many customer really need the feature?!
• What was the reason to remove the virtctl rename feature? fdeutsch@redhat.com ?
