Epic Goal

• Basic integration testing of the GitOps Operator with MicroShift.

Why is this important?

• The GitOps team has asked for help ensuring their operator works with MicroShift
• Generally layered product teams should own their products integration testing but in this case the MicroShift team agreed to help

Scenarios

1. I want to install the gitOpts operator RPMs on my a MicroShift cluster and use it to deploy and update an application.

Acceptance Criteria

• Basic functionality testing of the gitOps operator with MicroShift 4.15 and 4.16
• No requirement to integrate these tests into the MicroShift CI, since the project is owned by another team

Dependencies (internal and external)

1. The GitOps team must build and provide RPMs
