      TRT has been communication new requirements for teams that want to add new release informing/blocking jobs.

       

      The existing docs are out of date https://docs.ci.openshift.org/docs/architecture/release-gating/#process-for-extending-the-release-gating-suite and need to be updated to include our preference for upgrade jobs, alerting, manager back stop, etc.
