As a followup to TRT-2073, here is a bucket of things that could use improvement:

• Errors (missing content) reported by the API should be visually indicated.
  • Ideally they could be retried individually.
  • Ideally items that timed out could be retried automatically.
• Something would indicate that results were truncated
• Give visual and text indicators of job run duration
• Display file type (as an icon probably)
• Fix the layout so main content takes up available view but doesn't require horizontal scrolling (just the artifact content should scroll)
• Tree view or folding accordion for the search results
• Add readers and UI for searching XML with xpath, JSON with jq, JSONL with...
• Should be able to provide a link directly to the modal with search
• API-side caching of results
• Need an independent page that takes a param of job run ids to display this dialog (in this case, it would show job status, not test status). Could be linked from e.g.
  • A sippy job run listing
  • An aggregated prow job run (open all the aggregated runs)
