The functionality to show a status and link to the test details page exists on other parts of the regressed tests modal, and there are multiple implementations of `generateTestReport` that will generate a link to use there. These implementations require quite a few parameters that aren't available in the TriagedRegressionTestList component. This is because they aren't stored in postgres in the 'triages' or 'test_regressions' table. It may not be necessary to store them, they may just need to be drilled through via props. We will need to supply all of those, as well as the status number in order to add the icon and link to this table.
