OpenTelemetry and Tempo operators not available in latest OCP 4.20 nightly

      Description of the problem: The Tempo and OpenTelemetry operators are not available in the latest 4.20 nightly  4.20.0-0.nightly-2025-08-12-153542. The operators were available until last week.
