• OBSDA-455 requirements
• Which omponents of the collector are needed as part of our distro
  • Can we reuse the OTel collector image we already ship?
• Define the productization and maintenance of the deliverables (who maintains what) for both cases:
  • MicroShift solution
  • No MicroShift solution
• Identify which docs are needed
• Identify testing strategy

This spike ends after:

• A document/proposal is written and reviewed
• Subsequent tasks are created under TRACING-3656
• An estimate is set for the overall tasking, as by the time this is written, target is 4.16. Raise hand if this target is not achieveble.
