This epic is created to gather efforts towards a better defined objective.

The Epic shall be closed once the role of OpenTelemetry collectior and the distributed tracing team is defined.

Open questions:

• Is the collector being deployed on top of microshift?
• Does the Edge solution need an rpm for plain RHEL?
• What's the level of support provided by the team?
