Jaeger supports OTLP protocol already in 2.9.

Anyone instrumenting their code in quarkus or otherwise, should know where can they redirect their queries to reach Jaeger.

This info is already present in all tracing the receivers in the OTel collector.

Documentation should provide an answer to the following questions: 

• Endpoints (with ports) to be called when pushing OTLP traces to Jaeger
• Which protocols are supported (grpc, http?)

• How to customize OTLP endpoint in jaeger collector e.g. add TLS?

As part of this ticket the Jaeger exporter should be removed from the OTEL docs and OTLP exporter should be used instead.
