Jaeger supports OTLP protocol already in 2.9.

Anyone instrumenting their code in quarkus or otherwise, should know where can they redirect their queries to reach Jaeger.

This info is already present in all tracing the receivers in the OTel collector.

Documentation should provide an answer to the following questions: 

• Endpoints (with ports) to be called when pushing traces to Jaeger
• Which protocols are supported
