Current behaviour

APIcast exports metrics but when deployed by the apicast-operator these metrics are not automatically exposed for scraping/discovery by Prometheus.

Expected behaviour

When deploying a self-managed APIcast the metrics should be exposed for discovery by Prometheus in an automated manner.

Current workaround

Create a PodMonitor with the relevant labels and spec so that it can be discovered by Prometheus and scrape the /metrics endpoint on the container.
