Missing steps to make APIcast metrics discoverable by Prometheus

Current behaviour

When following the guide Exposing 3scale APIcast Metrics to Prometheus the metrics cannot be discovered without additional manual steps.

Expected behaviour

When following the guide Exposing 3scale APIcast Metrics to Prometheus the metrics should be automatically discovered by Prometheus or the manual steps required need to be documented.
