WHAT

Currently, the labels created by the APIManager CR for pods are reconciled in a way that only updates and creates labels for a pod however it doesn't delete them.

Add an annotation and implement logic that if the operator detects the specific annotation it will change the behaviour of the reconciliation to also include the deletion of labels.
