4. Get error that REC1 (Alias manager) is not available for your account

It is not possible to add developer card to Ogone (Ingenico) payment gateway so the integration is not working.

For our test account it returns the error:

This needs more investigation.

Issue has been reproduced by rhn-support-avilatus and she might provide more information.
