API Sprint 23, API Sprint 24
After the investigation done in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-6790 we think it should be feasible to upgrade from MySQL 5.7 to 8.x for system's internal database provided by the 3scale-operator, as long as the issues identified in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/THREESCALE-6825 are resolved by System team.
This issue is about implementing the needed work on the 3scale-operator side
