The approaches used for OCP3.11 to OCP4.x and for RHMI to RHOAM migration are based on backup & restore procedures.

• This is the current documentation for migrating 3scale from template to operator-based deployments. 
• This document summarized the migration tests done by the Managed Services team to migrating from RHMI to RHOAM.

This Jira issue is to identify the list of improvements needed in this area and then start adding specific tasks to the parent Epic.
