    Description

      This epic is intended to collect the tasks around easing the migration of one instance of 3scale from one OpenShift cluster to another. 

      Context/motivations:

      • Allow migration of existing RHMI users to RHOAM installations (OSD to OSD) 
      • Better support for upgrading from 3scale on-prem on OCP3.11 to a new cluster in OCP4.x
      • Provide good Disaster Recovery options.

      Note: This is beyond the scope of backup/restore currently used for migrations.
